Using our site:
Our site is designed for a "user friendly" navigation experience.  The links on the top will direct you to the products page by category, occasion or by theme.  Place your mouse over the selection menu and choose from the drop down list. Some pages may have additional pages listed at the top/bottom of each.  If there are no numbers -  there are no additional pages.
If you encounter a particular item that you cannot add to the cart please call us.

How to Order:
Easy steps to order online! 
1-Click the "add to cart" under the item to be purchased.
2-Complete the Delivery and Billing information.
3-Choose your payment options: Credit Card PayPal
Note:  Our shopping cart only allows for one address delivery.  If you are purchasing a gift for different addresses, you need to go through the cart for each gift.

However, if you are purchasing different gifts for the same address, you can "Add to Cart" up to 10 items.

Security:
To verify that you are purchasing on our site securely:
1-Be sure the address reads:  "https:" once you have chosen "CHECKOUT" on the shopping cart. We currently have two shopping carts because we outgrew the first.
            a.  One shopping cart is ww11.aitsafe.com
            b.  The other shopping cart is www.romancart.com
This will not affect the processing of your orders since they are both sent thorugh SSL [Secure Socket Layer] and received on our own servers. 

2-You should see a gold lock at the bottom/top of your browser once on the shopping cart at checkout that should look like this: It means you are on a SSL [Secure Socket Layers] page.

However if you feel unsecured by placing your order online, call us.  We will be more than happy to take your order by phone!

Accepting payments with Visa, Master Card, PayPal
We are no longer accepting AMEX.  To pay with AMEX or Discover cards please use PayPal.

PayPal payment option:  With PayPal you can pay using major credit and debit cards plus checks. Your personal/payment information is not disclosed to us.
[If you pay by check it takes 3-4 days to clear. Your order will not be processed until your check clears! Consider this before placing your order if it is time sensitive.]
